RANZCO 2023: reconnecting vision

March 4, 2023 Staff reporters

Planning is well underway for the 54th Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologist’s (RANZCO’s) annual scientific congress, ‘Reconnecting vision’, scheduled for 20-23 October at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Delegates can look forward to a jam-packed and dynamic event with exemplary keynote speakers, ample opportunities for networking and professional development, plus an array of exciting social events, said organisers.

Looking at attendance numbers for previous congresses, the board decided to end this year’s conference on the Monday afternoon. However, for those who want to stay longer, there are plenty of things to do, including a golf day or joining the Australian and New Zealand Eye Foundation’s (RANZCO’s philanthropic arm) three-day Cape-to-Cape fundraising walk.

Submissions for abstracts and presentations closes 10 March. For more about the congress, see www.ranzco2023.com/ and for more about the fundraising walk, see https://inspiredadventures.com.au/event/anzef-cape2cape-2023/
