Paul Rolfe

Specsavers has appointed Paul Rolfe to the newly created role, head of stores NZ, to support the company’s optics and audiology business in New Zealand. Rolfe said he hopes to accelerate the performance of both. “In the past few years, I’ve worked alongside hundreds of partners and support-office colleagues to grow the Specsavers business, enabling increased access to much needed eyecare and audiology services for millions of Australians and New Zealanders. I’m looking forward to really upping the ante in my new role.”

Rolfe worked as a regional performance consultant at Specsavers in the UK before being promoted to regional development consultant, where his experience spanned retail, customer experience and performance. He was seconded to the audiology business in Australia and New Zealand, becoming audiology relationship manager first in Queensland and then in New Zealand, before taking on this new dual role.
