Optical Dispensers Australia (ODA) is conducting a new wages survey to help it advocate for fair compensation and industry standards and continue supporting dispensing opticians’ professional development. 

Including questions on overtime payment, hourly rate and frequency of pay rises, the online survey is anonymous and also open to optical assistants, practice managers, locums and support staff. “By participating in this national wage survey, you will provide ODA with crucial data on current employment conditions,” said ODA CEO April Petrusma.
