Brian Naylor, optometrist and director of Visique Naylor Palmer Optometrists, has been appointed to the Independent Optometry Group’s (IOG’s) board.

Naylor has 40 years’ experience in optometry, running the busy Palmerston North practice and previously setting up two other practices, Visique Eye Spy, also in Palmerston North, and Visique on Willis in Wellington. He has served on the board of Lasersight in Hamilton and was chairman of the Middle Districts NZAO Branch for two terms.

“Brian is keen to promote and grow the IOG as he believes independent optometrists need to work together to become a strong united group,” said Neil Human, IOG’s CEO. “We are delighted to welcome Brian to the board as he brings a wealth of experience from his long career in optometry.”
