Optica Life Accessories has introduced an eco-friendly microcloth, made entirely from recycled PET bottles, as part of its commitment to sourcing sustainable alternatives, said Tom Nichol, Optica’s sales and marketing manager.

“Microfibre was already a useful, reusable product that’s just been made even better. The eco-friendly and sustainable cloth is made from GRS (global recycle standard) certified yarn and is REACH* tested. Once woven into this eco-friendly fabric it still has the same cleaning performance as our existing microfibre fabric,” he said.

One 500ml used PET bottle equals 6-100mm x140mm eco-micro cloths.
